This is the average number of steps each Lely colleague takes every day. Some will easily reach 10,000 steps per day, with little effort, while others really have to work at it. Not surprisingly, Lely colleagues working in the factory take more steps, on average 9,013 per day, compared to someone who sits in Teams meetings all day, averaging just 803 steps. And none of us can compete with Lely’s farmer customers, who are rarely off their feet: 15,582 steps! Many colleagues walk an extra lap in the evening or at lunchtime to ‘top up’ their daily exercise. Keep up the good work!
