On 18 June, over 1,400 employees gathered at the Lely Campus in Maassluis for ‘Impact Live!’. The event marks the start of a global initiative to turn Lely’s sustainability ambitions into action. During various workshops, these ambitions were made tangible for everyone within the company.

Impact Live! at Lely Campus was just the start. To make this a truly global initiative, Clusters and Lely Centers are encouraged to organise their own locally relevant ESG-themed activities at a time that fits their planning and context. By bringing sustainability to life in ways that resonate locally, we can create impact together across the entire Lely organisation.
