Employees like flexibility in choosing their workplace based on the work to be done, their schedule, and coordination with colleagues. This means that you sometimes want to stop working earlier because of a private appointment, but also that you can still be reached on our day off if necessary. Although flexible working hours are not always possible for all employees, we try to keep the balance between work and private life as good as possible.
