‘Farmers are currently in a challenging situation globally. Costs are rising, but income is not necessarily doing the same. We need to view our customers as individuals and support them at an individual level. Our task is to be a partner for our customers and help them succeed in these challenging times. We offer support, education and help. I hope that a little help from us can improve the long-term sustainable profitability and success of their farms. Selling a robot is not our end goal, but the start of a shared journey that will last at least 20 years.’
