GREETINGS FROM

They manage and support fifteen Lely Centers in France (one of them Lely owned), three Lely Centers in Spain (one of them Lely owned) and one Lely Center in Portugal. The installed base includes over 6300 Lely Astronaut Milking Robots and 200 Lely Vector Feeding Systems.
What is life like at Cluster France? Our focus is on the business side; but without forgetting the human part of it. We really work closely together as a team. We celebrate each personal event with fresh pastries, we proudly wear the red and white colors during indoor soccer trainings and we do as much as we can do with and for local companies and charities. This team spirit pays out in a professional, dedicated and focused team.

Facts
We had a great year, with our LC’s having installed 740 Lely Astronauts, 50 Vectors and 610 Barn products. For 2020 we’re also on track, our order book has a great fill rate, we’re really proud of that.
Every year, we participate in two majors exhibitions: SPACE and Sommet de l’Elevage (Livestock Summit). With the help of several Lely Centers we’ve welcomed over 12.000 visitors and identified about 1800 new leads during these exhibitions. Therefore, we could say they were successful! Next to these major exhibitions, the Lely Centers organized 85 Open Farm Days in the three countries. The goal for this year is to organize even more Open Farm Days! We hope to welcome the Smart Feeding Truck in our area later this year to help facilitate this.
Looking back at 2019
Our main goal is to create a sustainable future in farming for our farmers. With 3,5% of the dairy farms ending their business every year, and a huge lack of labor and new farmers, we want to convince all dairy farmers that automation is the way to move forward.
1. Sustainable future
In a market where 70% of the new milking equipment (installation or renewal) are robots, we’re very proud to be recognized as THE robotic milking specialist. This year we also want to prove that we’re the go-to supplier for automatic feeding robots. A lot of attention will go to the Lely Vector this year. The Smart Feeding campaign couldn’t have come at a better time for us!
2. Go-to supplier for
automatic feeding robots
And last, but certainly not least, customer centricity is a top priority. We want to strengthen our relationship with our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is key, and this involves everyone in our organization at Cluster and Center level. We will continue to train and support our TSS, FMS, Sales and Marketing people to make sure our customers are the center of our attention.
3. Customer centricity
